Physically:

  1. Persistently exhausted & run down, frequently getting sick. 
  2. Trouble falling asleep, restless nights, frequently waking. 
  3. Regular headaches, brain-fog, jaw-clenching or teeth grinding. 
  4. Muscle tension in the upper back and neck. Unusually sore joints.
