How can I help you?
I know you've just met me, but I've spent the last 13 years getting highly qualified so I can make "understanding health" easy for you.
Why? Because my story also started amongst extreme dieting practices, unhealthy coping mechanisms and excessive stress loading.
Working in the fitness industry and being a past athlete, also lead me to believe that "more exercise" was the solution to my desired body goals and fixing my relationship with food and body image.
It wasn't.
It also wasn't the solution to my excessive stress loading and constant "need" to be busy.
The lack of support I received when I hit rock bottom and tried to get help, made me realise the HUGE gap that still currently exists in the health industry.
Which is that Trainers will glorify training, Nutritionists will focus just on food, & Doctors wanted to put me on medication to fix my stress & anxiety (the imbalanced neurochemistry in brain). None of these "professionals" looked at how each of these areas overlapped and impacted each other and are also impacted by our internal (especially, the nervous system) and external environments, simultaneously.
So, having previously studied a Bachelor of Physiological & Pharmacological Sciences and being qualified as a PT; I went on to complete a Master of Food, Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine to one day provide an all encompassing professional service that treats the individual through food, movement & mental health and behaviour - tailored to THEIR presenting needs.
That "one day" is now.
Now, I want to help you achieve all of your goals.
With over 9 years of experience in the fitness industry & practising in Dietetics, I've discovered a holistic systems approach that goes beyond conventional training & nutrition for each client.
For each person, I address the underlying factors that impact your ability to achieve well-being:

For A LOT of my clients, these have been the things that have been overlooked, often explaining why no diet or exercise plan has worked for them in the past.
I, too, used to overvalue training and only knew the basics of nutrition, sleep and stress management.
I, too, also struggled with making real progress in my goals (be it in work, fitness or study) before I would repeatedly burnout or self-sabotage (aka. give and believe it wasn't possible for me to achieve what I wanted).

My vast experience, gained through years of education & successfully coaching hundreds of clients to states of improved happiness, energy, daily function and desired body composition; has enriched my knowledge and shaped the services I proudly offer today with a goal of making healthy changes as easy, effective and relatable as possible for every one of my clients.
Embracing change may feel overwhelming, I get that, but I'm here to provide hands-on support like no other dietitian or trainer has done for you before.
